WARREN Watmough couldn’t believe his luck when he read the advert for an installation and service engineer at Virtalis, Europe’s leading Virtual Reality company. “My hobby is installing audio and surround sound systems for friends and family, so the opportunity to install VR systems seemed too good to be true. Previously, my only exposure to 3D visualisation had been at Manchester’s IMAX cinema. It will be some leap from this to installing futuristic virtual touch, or haptics systems. I can’t wait to learn all about it.” |
